Wine Yoga is a fun form of yoga in which attendees take a yoga class then socialize and drink wine afterward!
We take the philosophies of yoga and pair it with the pleasure of sipping wine to create an enjoyable yoga experience.
Studies have shown that the moderate consumption of wine combined with regular exercise is beneficial to one’s health, specifically for the prevention of high levels of cholesterol and cardiovascular disease.
The wine contains resveratrol, a polyphenol that can break down white fat into brown fat (the kind that actually burns calories).
Yoga helps to burn fat, which researchers attributed to the lowered cortisol levels that come with the de-stressing of yoga.

Sándor Vineyards teams up with Lara Santavicca (a Tucson yoga instructor, from Blythe Spirit Yoga) and Mystic Rhythms Ballroom Studio for this exciting event.
We try to organize a Wine Yoga event four times a year. Our last event was in July 2018.
$25 cost includes – 1 hour mid-level Hatha flow class, Sándor boutique wine tasting, one glass of wine, and light appetizers!!
