ver the last few weeks, we have been busy harvesting our grapes.
It has been a very exciting time with all of our extra help, but it is also a lot of hard work hand cutting each of them from the vines.
We are so proud of this bumper crop – our best ever. We had to make three trips to the custom crushing facility in Wilcox, AZ!
Our next step is to get the grapes crushed and pressed then they go into, fermentation, clarification, aging and finally bottling.
